How can I book?
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the tour price. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the tour date.
You can make the payment via payment link or bank transfer to BAC.
Is it child-friendly?
Yes, children are welcome.
- From 0 to 5 years: free.
- Ages 6 to 12: $67 per child.
Are pets allowed?
Only service animals with their corresponding certification are allowed.
What are the cancellation policies?
Shared tours:
- More than 24 hours: 100% refund.
- Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.
- In case of illness, a medical certificate is required for evaluation.
Private tours:
- More than 72 hours: 100% refund.
- Between 24 and 72 hours: 50% charge.
- Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.
Weather conditions:
The tour usually operates as scheduled even in the event of rain. It will only be canceled if weather conditions pose a safety risk. In that case, a 100% refund will be issued.
What kind of food do you serve?
We serve chicken and fish wraps, refried beans, pico de gallo, corn chips with dips, bruschetta, fresh fruit, and cookies.
